Positive: The room size was very good, except for the bathroom was so small. The location was excellent for those who want easy walking access to downtown nightlife, clubs, and a wide variety of restaurants, and Parking is available, but at an additional charge. It also seems that the staff do not have much experience dealing with customers. I read some comments mentioning a lot of noise at night, but it was nothing to be concerned about. This is normal, considering the nearest club is only a five-minute walk away, and also there is GrandParking garage in front of the apartment. However, despite these positives, there are also much more negative reviews about this accommodation. Negative: I have visited Greece almost every second month of the year and have stayed in many different places. Apart from the location and the furniture, I was disappointed with most other aspects of this stay. At first, we did not meet any of the staff; all communication was handled via Booking’s messaging system, often with delayed responses, some of which appeared to be AI-generated. Although the room itself was a good size, the bathroom was the smallest I have ever used. What disappointed me the most was that at our first entry the room, the bathroom trash bin had not been fully emptied and still contained used paper. Even worse, the toilet seat was not properly cleaned and had visible dirty brown marks on it, which is extremely unpleasant considering the price paid. This raised serious concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned after the previous guests. When I reported the issue, I only received an apology, and no one came to empty the trash. After that I have been ask for our stay, and I mention that again again, I received only an automated message with check-out instructions. Also there were two AC units for heating, but the fan did not seem to working properly. Even on the highest level, the airflow felt too weak, as if the fans oparating on low setting, which means took more time to heat the room. Based on my experience and in comparison with other places I have stayed, I believe this rating is fair.

Positive: Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση από την πρώτη επικοινωνία και ο κ. Ανδρέας πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Negative: Δυστυχώς, η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν ικανοποιητική. Το δωμάτιο είχε αρκετά προβλήματα: πολύ θόρυβο ακόμα και με κλειστά παράθυρα, χαλασμένο κρεβάτι-καναπέ, βρώμικη ηλεκτρική σκούπα που δεν λειτουργούσε, βρώμικα παράθυρα και μάρμαρα εξωτερικά, χαλασμένη κλειδαριά στην τουαλέτα και πολύ μικρό, στριμωγμένο μπάνιο. Σε σχέση με την τιμή, η εμπειρία ήταν απογοητευτική.

Perfect location in Thessaliniki Positive: Perfect location. Host declared that parking is unavailable. Across the street is huge city parking. Negative: Weekend music from nearest clubs and 24h trafic

Positive: The apartment has a perfect location, close to the city center and close to a big parking building 2 minutes away by foot. 20 minutes slow walking to the White Tower. Very close to many restaurants and shops. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions fast. The check-in and check-out process was simple. Negative: It was very loud and noisy during the day and night, as it is right above a big street, so sleeping was an issue. To use hot water you have to wait ~20 minutes for the boiler to warm up and then switch it off when not in use. This requires some planning if 2 people want to shower in the morning.

Çok çok çok kötü bir yerdi. Positive: Tesis resmen işhanının içerisinde güvenliksiz bir odaydı. Ev sahibi zaten adres konusundan yardımcı olurken bile çok tecrübesizdi. Güvenlik bizim için önemli değil diyorsanız tam size göre biryer. Kapısına omuz vursanız açılacak şekilde. Ve asla şehir merkezinde değil. Aldanmayın. Negative: Güvenlisiz, kötü bir apartman dairesi
